Cherry Cobbler

This easy dessert comes together quickly! Serve it warm with ice cream.

1 stick butter
1 cup White Lily Self Rising Flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 20oz cans cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350F and place 9x13 dish and stick of butter in while it's heating up. Mix self rising flour, sugar, egg, and vanilla together then pour into melted butter in dish. Drop 2 20z cans of cherry pie filling on top of batter by the spoonful then bake for 1 hour. Cut with Old Country Kitchenware Spatula and serve warm with ice cream.
