These fluffy, buttery biscuits come together easily with just three ingredients!
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450F. In a large bowl, combine flour and buttermilk and stir with the Old Country Kitchenware Slotted Scoop just until a lumpy batter forms. Pour melted butter into a 9x9, 8x8, or similar size pan. Add batter and spread to the edges of the pan. Use the Old Country Kitchenware Spatula to score batter into 8 biscuits. Tilt the pan to distribute the melted butter over the tops. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve hot.
